β€’ Own and drive annual and multi-year revenue strategy β€’ Personally steward and close top-tier donor relationships β€’ Build a diversified funding engine across individual, institutional, and corporate sources β€’ Strengthen systems, team structure, and fundraising infrastructure β€’ Set and achieve ambitious annual and multi-year fundraising goals β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-informed fundraising strategy β€’ Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors, including individuals giving $25,000+ annually β€’ Lead the organization’s efforts to communicate its mission, impact, and funding needs β€’ Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing Development team β€’ Serve as a key organizational leader, contributing to short- and long-term strategic planning

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree or higher β€’ 8+ years in nonprofit fundraising, including leadership experience β€’ Proven success cultivating and closing six- and seven-figure gifts β€’ Experience managing and growing major donor portfolios β€’ Strong track record of building or scaling a development function and a high-performing team β€’ Exceptional communication skills β€’ A deep commitment to educational equity and LGR’s mission. β€’ Must be located in the Northeast, especially in New England and the Mid-Atlantic region.
