📋 Description

• Design and deliver a comprehensive agency training curriculum for affiliate management services. • Create practical training covering affiliate marketing fundamentals, service packaging and pricing, client acquisition, and program management and execution. • Train an initial cohort of agencies, gather feedback, and improve the curriculum and training experience. • Develop a roadmap for scaling agency education, including LMS platforms, on-demand video training, and repeatable learning resources. • Develop and roll out a certification program assessing agency proficiency in affiliate marketing and Levanta’s platform. • Work with Agency Partnerships to address adoption barriers and align training with agency needs. • Collaborate with Agency Customer Success on agency handoffs and ongoing customer support. • Measure success through agency training completion and conversion of trained agencies into signed client referrals.

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience managing affiliate and creator programs, ideally within a digital marketing or affiliate marketing agency. • Direct experience building or growing affiliate marketing as an agency service, including developing service packages, establishing pricing, and defining delivery models. • A track record of taking programs from concept to execution, testing what works, and building repeatable processes that can scale. • Familiarity with both Amazon (or other marketplace) affiliate marketing and direct-to-consumer affiliate programs. • A collaborative, relationship-driven approach. • A results-oriented mindset and a passion for finding better ways to educate, activate, and support agencies. • Must have a permanent address in one of the specified hub states.
