📋 Description

• Assist delivery teams and customers with day-of-delivery issues • Answer inbound truck-line calls from drivers supporting delivery teams in customers’ homes • Resolve delivery issues while teams remain on site • Monitor stop times and route progress to ensure timely deliveries • Make routing and delivery decisions • Reconcile completed deliveries, exchanges, and returns daily • Document issues and resolutions in DispatchTrack • Assist drivers with additional stop time and route delays during out-of-service moments • Review and respond to accommodation requests by reviewing routes and capacity • Perform other tasks assigned by team leadership

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience • Previous clerical experience preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills • Basic reading and comprehension skills • Basic numerical reasoning skills • Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly, and efficiently • Knowledge of software including Microsoft Office • Excellent organizational skills • Outstanding customer service skills • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment • Knowledge of GERS, Loft, WMS, Storis, and Salesforce systems preferred • Ability to sit and reach at shoulder height regularly • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers by telephone • Ability to read documents and computer screens • Ability to type information into a computer
