📋 Description

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG equipment. • Use safety equipment, vehicles, and diagnostic tools provided by LG. • Conduct technical diagnosis and specialized repairs on electronics and home appliances. • Diagnose problems, assess their extent, document findings, and decide whether to repair products or replace parts. • Process paperwork and perform data entry immediately and accurately after each job. • Pre-screen next-day service calls by obtaining information to assist diagnosis before arriving at customers' homes. • Meet or exceed company metrics, including customer satisfaction, fix-right-first-time, revisits, parts management, and overtime percentage. • Deliver exceptional customer experiences while servicing LG products in customers' homes. • Represent LG professionally as the customer-facing representative.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Appliance repair preferred). • Experience repairing major appliances, including refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, and cleaning products. • Experience using tools and diagnostic test equipment. • Ability to properly troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and document product/system issues. • Valid Driver’s license in good standing. • Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification. • Ability to meet physical requirements associated with field service repair, including continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds. • Ability to work coverage in the greater Portland, ME metro and surrounding areas.
