• Lead sales training and development activities pertaining to sales enablement • Support developing, updating, planning, and measuring the effectiveness of training programs • Coordinate annual sales meetings and ongoing educational opportunities • Create sales tools and consult with commercial team for improvement opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• 3 years of sales training experience • Korn Ferry/Miller Heiman Certification preferred • BA/BS in Training, Instructional Design, E-Learning, or related field preferred • 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience with Learning Management Systems • Knowledge of Life Science and/or Biotechnology industry desired • Project management experience • Understanding of adult learning theories
