📋 Description

• Mentor and guide students during the dissertation phase to develop scholars and methodologists • Serve as mentor and methodologist on numerous dissertation committees • Review dissertation manuscripts and provide feedback • Prepare doctoral students to conduct qualitative or quantitative dissertation research • Teach qualitative or quantitative research methods courses • Complete grading within five days and respond to student emails within 36 hours • Check into courses every 48 hours • Complete ongoing professional development • Adhere to Liberty University policies and represent the University in an exemplary manner • Work effectively as a team member while embracing and fostering Liberty University’s mission

🎯 Requirements

• Earned Ph.D. or equivalent in an allied health profession such as Health Sciences, Rehabilitation Science, Physical Therapy, Communication Science, or Occupational Therapy • Documented experience in qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods research; minimum qualification specifies experience with a single methodology • Regular access to and familiarity with the Internet/e-mail • Terminal degree in Health Sciences or a related field (preferred) • Methodology experience in multiple methodologies (preferred) • Three years or more of full-time online teaching experience at the graduate level and a strong record of professional achievement (preferred) • History of publication in academic or trade journals and an established research and/or professional content agenda (preferred) • Personal commitment to Liberty University’s goals and values and an active commitment to personal spiritual formation within a biblically informed Christian worldview • Ability to complete grading within five days, respond to student emails within 36 hours, and check into courses every 48 hours
