📋 Description

• Respond to inbound leads quickly and qualify prospects • Conduct consultative conversations to recommend appropriate roofing and exterior service solutions • Prepare and present proposals and close contracts over the phone • Keep the sales pipeline organized and updated in HubSpot • Follow up after projects for reviews, referrals, and repeat business • Guide customers from first contact through signed contract

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in inside sales, phone sales, or customer service • Comfortable on the phone and confident closing conversations • Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a busy pipeline independently • Reliable home workspace, quiet environment, and strong internet connection • CRM experience is a plus; the company uses HubSpot • Availability for 40–50 hours per week
