📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult with customers about their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Connect customers with products suited to their individual needs • Provide customer-centric sales and service • Complete paid licensing and job training • Work assigned weekday and weekend schedules

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred • Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales • Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire • Must reside in one of the specified eligible states • Must remain in the resident state for at least one year before relocating • Availability to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Must have a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Must have wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds • Satellite and mobile internet services are not supported
