📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads • Consult customers on their insurance needs • Match customers with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits • Convert sales leads into policyholders • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand • Complete paid training and insurance licensing • Work remotely from a professional home workspace • Follow assigned schedules covering 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required • 2–3 years of sales experience preferred • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales • Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency • Property and Casualty Insurance license required after hire • Must reside in one of the specified eligible states • Must remain in the resident state for at least one year before relocating • Must be available to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day • Professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk • Wired high-speed internet with at least 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload; satellite and mobile internet are not supported
