📋 Description

• Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives from initiation to successful delivery • Drive execution of the organization's new strategic narrative across the Operations Unit • Structure workstreams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment between moving parts • Serve as the central point of contact between departments • Align teams, unblock dependencies, and ensure smooth collaboration • Support and execute organizational changes, operational workflows, and resource efficiency initiatives • Lead and manage projects integrating AI solutions and automation workflows into day-to-day operations • Act as an advocate and early adopter of AI transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple diverse, cross-functional projects simultaneously from conception to completion • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong "get things done" mindset • Ability to drive cross-functional teams toward deadlines • Outstanding organizational skills coupled with senior-level communication capabilities • Demonstrated ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders • Practical awareness of current AI tools • Foundational understanding of AI agents and how they can be applied to business operations • Experience working in international, fast-paced tech environments • Background or strong interest in the cryptocurrency / Web3 space is highly preferred • Experience scaling OKR methodology across an organization is nice to have • Exposure to change management frameworks is nice to have
