• Cultivate and enhance new and existing relationships with active communication with clients • Prepare for client meetings by collecting financial information and creating presentation materials • Coordinate the deployment of investments for client allocations and portfolio rebalances • Maintain and track prospect and client engagement in the relationship management system • Act as subject matter experts for all client service-related processes • Review and facilitate resolution of client inquiries and operational items • Manage the onboarding of new client accounts
• Bachelor’s degree • Series 65 or 66 required or must be attained • Minimum of 3 years serving wealth management clients or other relevant industry experience • Strong attention to detail • Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills • Experience with Excel/Word/Outlook/Salesforce/PowerPoint, with an emphasis on Excel.
