📋 Description

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AuthN and AuthZ, registration, member access, session management, credential lifecycle, and CIAM integration across mobile, web, partner integrations, and agentic connectors • Design safe and user-friendly account management and recovery experiences • Partner with Security to anticipate and defend against account takeover, credential stuffing, phishing, SIM-swap, and social engineering • Lead the roadmap for passkeys, passwordless and phishing-resistant authentication, step-up and risk-based authentication, and device-bound sessions • Design identity systems for 180+ countries, including phone-number-first behaviors, SMS/OTP deliverability, localization, regional carrier/device realities, and regulatory requirements • Address family-product identity needs including teen/minor accounts, age assurance, parental consent, circle membership, and privacy/compliance requirements • Define company-wide identity and trust KPIs • Drive telemetry, fraud signals, and detection across the identity journey • Translate threat models, incident learnings, and identity data into executive recommendations • Partner across growth, subscriptions, partnerships, Customer Care, Engineering, Security, Legal, Privacy, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including significant time at a principal or staff level with cross-functional scope • Deep, hands-on experience owning consumer identity, authentication, account security, or trust products at scale • Strong cybersecurity depth, including threat modeling, account takeover, fraud and abuse, MFA, passkeys/FIDO2/WebAuthn, OAuth/OIDC, session management, and credential security • Full-stack product ownership, including backend identity services and APIs and mobile/web login, onboarding, and recovery UX • Experience launching and operating identity flows across many countries, regulatory regimes, languages, devices, and carrier environments • Working knowledge of NIST 800-63, GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA • Experience driving alignment across Engineering, Security, Legal, Privacy, and Customer Support • Strong analytical instincts and ability to use quantitative and qualitative data, run experiments, and define success metrics • Excellent written and verbal communication • High ownership and bias for action
