📋 Description

• Support sales efforts across Health Club accounts throughout the territory • Build relationships with club owners, operators, fitness directors, and facility decision-makers • Assist in managing customer opportunities from initial conversations through project completion • Support facility planning, equipment replacement initiatives, and new club development projects • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market opportunities • Travel throughout the territory for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience • Participate in mentorship, sales training, and ongoing skill-building • Support customer projects ranging from equipment refreshes to new facility developments

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of sales, customer service, business development, or other customer-facing experience preferred • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills • Interest in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or related industries • Self-motivated with willingness to learn and grow in a field-based sales role • Ability to travel consistently throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Michigan's Upper Peninsula • Valid driver's license • Ability to travel overnight as needed • Candidates located in the Greater Minneapolis or Greater Milwaukee areas preferred
