📋 Description

• Fill in for Clinical Liaison vacancies across the United States • Build and maintain referral relationships to drive appropriate hospital admissions • Train new Clinical Liaisons onsite • Mentor new Clinical Liaisons remotely • Conduct educational campaign rollouts • Coordinate intake and pre-admission screening processes • Perform on-site clinical assessments to determine admission appropriateness • Educate patients and families on rehabilitation options, level of care, and participation expectations • Serve as the initial contact for external case managers, discharge planners, payors, and hospital partners • Educate community decision-makers about hospital and acute rehabilitation services through direct outreach • Document screenings, decisions, and communications accurately and timely in EMR and tracking systems • Travel early Monday morning and Thursday after working a full day or on Friday • Collaborate with admissions, nursing, therapy, and case management teams to support smooth transitions and payer authorization compliance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Current clinical licensure required (RN, PT, OT, SLP) per state requirements • Prior marketing/sales experience in inpatient rehab required • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Prior clinical experience with demonstrated assessment skills preferred • EMR proficiency preferred • Excellent oral and written communication • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Customer relationship building • Sound clinical judgment • Organization and time-management skills • Basic computer/data-entry proficiency • Must live by a major airport hub in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones • Ability to travel weekly to referring facilities and community partners
