📋 Description

• Utilize specialized plan-of-care intervention • Serve as a patient-care innovator • Shape exceptional patient journeys • Leverage specialized skills and cutting-edge technology to impact patient wellbeing • Perform clinical documentation specialist duties for Highpoint Health Sumner

🎯 Requirements

• Current State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure • Associate or bachelor’s degree or RN Diploma in Nursing • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) upon hire • ACLS certification from the AHA or ARC within 12 months of employment if not current upon hire • Coder Certification or CCDS required with a degree in another related field • 4 years of nursing experience in an adult inpatient clinical role or 4 years of coding experience (CCS) required • Bachelor’s degree or bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred • 1 year of nursing experience preferred
