📋 Description

• Inspire donors to schedule life-saving appointments and donate blood • Guide donors through the process, answering questions and addressing concerns with care • Promote exciting local blood drives and special events to encourage donations • Help us crush collection goals and ensure our community has the blood it needs

🎯 Requirements

• You MUST be local to our headquarters division in Gainesville, FL • Maintain a dedicated, distraction-free workspace • Access to a personal computer with reliable internet, a high-quality headset, and a webcam for virtual meetings • Remain accessible via email, Slack, and phone during scheduled work hours • Adhere to data security protocols and maintain confidentiality of donor information • Maintain consistent and reliable transportation for occasional in-office meetings or training • Attendance and punctuality are essential in this remote role • Excellent communication skills – you’ll be the friendly voice that motivates others • A love for connecting with people and motivating them to make a difference • Comfort using phones and computers (we’ll provide training!) • Strong time-management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks • Flexibility to work nights and weekends, as needed • High school diploma or GED (preferred, but not required)
