📋 Description

• Support a platform of practices and manage field employees and supported practices • Provide leadership for a geographically dispersed team • Recruit key hires and implement training and cross-training • Develop operational excellence among administrative and operations staff • Foster accountability, teamwork, mutual trust, and respect through mentoring and coaching • Ensure patients of supported practices are highly satisfied with their experiences • Monitor regional KPIs and develop action plans when needed • Manage regional P&L outputs • Manage regional revenue cycle operations • Coordinate monthly meetings and ongoing staff training • Troubleshoot and triage potential issues to identify root causes • Partner with LifeStance leadership on process improvements, tools, and resources • Analyze and report regional financial performance • Standardize methodologies and documentation to deliver quality work in a timely and cost-efficient manner • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 7+ years of operational management within a healthcare setting • Knowledge and experience with clinical operations • Knowledge of clinical information systems such as EMR, MAR, PACS, Registration, OE, and CPOE • Ability to learn new technology while gaining proficiency in several EMR/EHRs • Ability to gain proficiency in new technologies, including cloud environments, non-Microsoft work environments, FHIR, and APIs • Exceptional client engagement • Proven ability to improve business processes, methods, quality, and decision-making to achieve meaningful, measurable improvements • Experience working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other aspects of culture • Ability to sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, and walk • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds • Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
