📋 Description
• Provide high quality behavioral healthcare • Deliver mental healthcare services to children, adolescents and adults in an outpatient care setting • Provide evidence-based, medically driven treatment services • Work in Cleveland, Ohio clinics and/or through digital health telemedicine offering • Collaborate as part of LifeStance Health’s clinical team
🎯 Requirements
• Independently licensed in the state of Ohio (LISW, LPCC, IMFT) • Experienced working with adults, children & adolescents or complete lifespan • Must live in the state of Ohio - no exceptions • Passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence
