• Translate business and clinical needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Maintain and refine the product backlog in partnership with the Product Manager • Support roadmap planning through feasibility analysis, effort estimation, and dependency mapping • Query and analyze EHR, operational, and engagement data to inform product decisions • Partner with Data/BI teams to define and validate KPIs tied to product performance • Develop working knowledge of patient workflows (e.g., scheduling, documentation, billing, care coordination) • Participate in workflow observation, user interviews, and stakeholder discovery sessions • Act as a liaison between Engineering, Clinical Operations, Compliance, and IT • Support agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives) • Track and communicate dependencies, risks, and action items across workstreams • Maintain product documentation (process maps, decision logs, data dictionaries, system diagrams) • Prepare release notes, training materials, and stakeholder communications • Support the Product Manager with executive summaries, reporting, and meeting materials
• 1–4 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, healthcare operations, or data analytics • Strong ability to translate business needs into structured requirements • Experience working with data (SQL, Excel, BI tools, or similar) • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Exposure to healthcare technology, EHR systems, or clinical workflows (preferred) • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies (preferred) • Understanding of interoperability standards (FHIR, APIs) (preferred) • Experience supporting UAT, process improvement, or workflow analysis (preferred)
