📋 Description
• Provide oversight and support for psychiatric clinicians • Engage in coaching and education for new and tenured clinicians • Enhance ongoing clinician professional growth and development • Collaborate with Operations Director on clinical strategy and operations • Ensure clinical integrity and compliance through monitoring and risk management
🎯 Requirements
• PMHNP-BC certification preferred • 5+ years clinical experience • Experience in medical leadership • Active DEA registration • Active, unrestricted nursing and APRN license in state of practice
