📋 Description

• Own the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the ML Platform • Lead, mentor, and develop two IC Product Managers • Drive execution of major platform initiatives • Partner closely with ML teams to understand constraints and requirements • Collaborate with Finance to track infrastructure cost targets • Establish and monitor platform KPIs • Architect and evolve the product function for ML Platform • Serve as the primary product stakeholder voice for ML development

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management • At least 3 years focused on ML infrastructure • Proven experience as a player/coach • Deep technical fluency in ML concepts • Strong stakeholder management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred
