📋 Description

• Provide remote counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups • Conduct clinical assessments, establish diagnoses when appropriate, and develop individualized treatment plans • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions while integrating Christian faith when clinically appropriate and desired by the client • Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed • Refer clients to appropriate community resources or specialty providers when necessary • Respond appropriately to crisis situations following clinical and organizational protocols • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state licensing regulations, payer requirements, and company policies • Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation within established timeframes • Maintain current licensure, CAQH profile, professional liability insurance, and all required credentialing documentation • Collaborate with clinical leadership, administrative staff, and fellow clinicians to support continuity of care • Participate in meetings, trainings, consultation, and continuing education opportunities • Provide clinical supervision or mentorship to interns or residents when qualified • Support outreach initiatives that further Light Counseling's mission and community impact • Utilize telehealth technology and clinical systems effectively • Maintain a professional virtual environment that supports quality client care • Perform other duties as assigned to support clinical operations

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution • Active, unrestricted independent clinical license (such as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LMHC, LPCC, or equivalent) in at least one U.S. state • Eligible to provide telehealth services in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations • Active CAQH profile • Professional Liability Insurance • Strong commitment to the Christian faith and active involvement in a local church • Ability to pass required background and reference checks • No restrictions that would prevent credentialing with commercial insurance payers
