📋 Description

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy • Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments • Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with goals tailored to the individual • Supervise and train ABA technicians • Implement, model, and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians • Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations • Collaborate with the Behavior Treatment Committee • Use a neuroaffirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, and ethical care approach

🎯 Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential • Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) • 2 to 3 years of experience in ABA field, working with a variety of ages • Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role
