📋 Description

• Lead teams using complex methodologies, protocols, and tools to identify key or responsive documents • Support clients in deploying and optimizing Lighthouse AI tools such as IQ Answers • Lead Case Strategy project teams for standard projects • Perform lead-level project scoping • Design technical and process solutions, including Lighthouse IQ solutions • Manage client communications and project communications • Support resource management and execution strategy • Identify risks proactively • Provide leadership and mentorship to less experienced team members • Master Lighthouse Case Strategy AI tools • Provide client training and support for AI offerings such as IQ Answers • Consult with clients to design workflows incorporating AI tools

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent additional years of experience in professional or academic experience with research, data mining, strategic search, data analysis, text analysis, technology-assisted review (TAR), Electronically Stored Information (ESI), content management, or linguistic analysis • 2+ years of work experience • Mastery of DART/Lighthouse Search syntax and functionality • Strong oral and written communication skills • Keen attention to detail and practiced sense of order and organization • Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills • Aptitude for quickly learning technologies and processes • Ability to adjust quickly to new situations and work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team • Competency in a PC/Windows environment using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Ability to work in a virtual office environment using a computer, telephone, and printed materials • Ability to be on call periodically and work evenings and weekends when required • Ability to travel via automobile or airplane
