📋 Description

• Lead teams using complex methodologies, protocols, and tools to classify electronically stored information • Support classifications including privilege, confidentiality, responsiveness, issues, and class- or document-types • Deliver linguistic-modeling-based solutions directly to clients and optimize Lighthouse-internal workflows • Master DART/Lighthouse Search syntax and functionality • Lead keyword/search term consultation, generation, and optimization projects • Lead confidentiality classification, topical filtering, potential privilege classification, and custom-built classification projects • Scope projects and design technical and process solutions, including non-standard solutions • Incorporate evolving technologies and AI into workflows • Manage client communications, resources, execution strategy, internal project communications, and risk identification • Mentor less experienced team members • Contribute to Linguistic Modeling & Search service management and service evolution • Promote teamwork, support, and professionalism across project teams, Review Intelligence, and departments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent additional years of experience in professional or academic experience with research, data mining, strategic search, data analysis, text analysis, technology-assisted review (TAR), Electronically Stored Information (ESI), content management or linguistic analysis • Keen attention to detail and a practiced sense of order and organization • Strong analytical skills • Strong pattern recognition skills • Aptitude for quickly learning technologies and processes • Ability to adjust to new situations quickly and work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently or as part of a team • Competency in a PC/Windows environment using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to be on call periodically and work outside normal working hours • Ability to travel via automobile or airplane
