• Review conversation transcripts against clinical quality, accuracy, and safety standards • Identify and flag clinical risk, safety concerns, and moments requiring human clinical judgment • Assess whether responses are clinically appropriate, empathetic, and aligned with best practice • Document clear, structured feedback for clinical and product teams • Flag concerns to Limbic-employed clinicians for further action • Help shape how AI therapy agents support patients and define what genuinely helpful care looks like at scale
• Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or equivalent) in at least one US state • US-based • Strong clinical judgment with experience in direct mental health care • Experience assessing risk and safety in a clinical setting • Excellent attention to detail and clear written communication • Comfortable working independently on a flexible, remote schedule • Reliable computer and internet access • Multiple licenses or PSYPACT are a plus but not essential • No direct patient contact or care delivery is involved in this role
