📋 Description

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train and develop talent within the marketing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. • Strategic Planning: Define the annual budget and channel roadmap, aligning marketing objectives with the company’s business plan. • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Ensure smooth movement through the sales funnel from first touch to close, working in close collaboration with the Sales Manager. • Brand Management and PR: Oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints and manage relationships with the press and influencers in the financial sector. • Technology Stack: Select and manage MarTech tools (CRM, Marketing Automation, BI) to ensure governance of marketing data.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or Communications. • MBA or specialization in Business Management, Finance or Strategic Marketing is highly desirable. • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in leadership roles (Head, Senior Manager or Director) in technology startups. • Demonstrated track record managing multidisciplinary teams (Performance, Content, Design and PMM). • Experience with complex (High Touch) sales cycles and ABM strategies. • Experience in high-growth (scale-up) environments and managing annual marketing budgets.
