📋 Description

• Serve as the technical authority for onboarding new clients to Lina, leading the end-to-end integration through actual production activation. • Work across Lina’s three business areas: Regulatory/Compliance, Payments, and Data. • Technically lead the onboarding process for new clients, from the initial calls through actual production activation. • Act as the client’s sole technical point of contact throughout implementation, engaging the necessary internal teams to resolve blockers. • Support clients with integration to Lina’s APIs, webhooks, and authentication flows. • Explain the solution’s technical architecture and business value directly to leads and clients during calls. • Identify recurring manual processes and develop automation and self-service tools. • Collaborate with the Regulatory/Compliance, Payments, and Data teams to resolve technical blockers. • Bring field insights to Product and Engineering, turning recurring pain points into platform improvements. • Prioritize between supporting clients during implementation and building internal tools. • Participate in technical and architecture reviews related to integrations. • Monitor client adoption after go-live, ensuring effective activation. • Report directly to the CTO and contribute to strategic technology decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. • Strong experience in software development and systems integration. • Hands-on experience working directly with clients or external technical stakeholders. • Track record of working in highly ambiguous environments, switching between multiple technical contexts. • In-depth knowledge of API architecture and integrations. • Proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language. • Experience with integrations using REST APIs and webhooks. • Knowledge of authentication flows and data security, such as OAuth 2.0 and tokens. • Experience with relational databases. • Experience automating processes and creating scripts or internal tools. • Strong sense of ownership and autonomy to engage whoever is needed internally. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to move between technical discussions and business-value conversations. • Comfortable with ambiguity and constantly changing contexts. • Results-oriented, with a focus on actual client activation. • Collaborative mindset for working with multiple internal teams simultaneously.
