📋 Description
• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 25–30 undergraduate online students • Support students in academic writing, research, and time management • Conduct 1:1 and small-group tutoring sessions • Guide students toward relevant reference material • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt, and personalised support for student queries and issues • Interact with students by email, calls, and online sessions • Support students studying Big Data Management at master's-level programs • Help students apply big data modelling techniques, develop distributed storage and management solutions, implement large-scale data processing and analytics techniques, and apply algorithms such as PageRank
🎯 Requirements
• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India • At least 5 years of corporate experience and/or teaching experience in relevant fields • Experience at a leading university or college • Strong knowledge of big data modelling, distributed data management, and large-scale data analytics • Expertise designing and managing data solutions across distributed and heterogeneous environments • Empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing personality • Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication • Must possess a working laptop • Must have access to stable high-speed internet connection above 10 MBPS • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac • Availability from 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm IST every day of the week
