📋 Description

• Serve a diverse international student body for Masters-level programs at Australian and Asian universities • Provide subject matter guidance to groups of 30–35 undergraduate online students • Support students in academic writing, research, and time management • Provide guidance on relevant reference material • Conduct a 2-hour online session on Monday/Tuesday • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt, and personalised support to student queries and issues • Interact with students via email, calls, and online sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or Doctoral Qualifications in ICT-related field • At least 2+ years of corporate experience • At least 3+ years of teaching experience in relevant fields • Experience and knowledge in BPM or Systems Design • Strong knowledge of business process management and process modelling techniques • Proficiency in business process management (BPM), process modelling and BPMN, business process analysis, process mapping tools, qualitative and quantitative analysis, information technology in BPM, process improvement strategies, and operational problem-solving • Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures • Proficient in English language with excellent oral and written communication • Working laptop • High-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac • Availability Monday/Tuesday for online sessions between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM (IST) • Availability to answer student queries via email within 6 hours after lectures throughout the week
