📋 Description

• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 20–25 undergraduate online students • Support learning skills including academic writing, research, and time management • Conduct 1:1 sessions for doubt resolution, academic guidance, and assessment draft reviews • Guide students toward relevant reference material • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt, and personalised support for student queries and issues • Interact with students via email, calls, and online sessions • Guide students in applying business knowledge to real-world organisational challenges • Support professional business projects using structured problem-solving and design thinking methodologies • Facilitate ethical collaboration within diverse teams and delivery of practical, industry-ready solutions

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of teaching experience at a leading university or college and/or relevant professional experience within the last 5 years • Strong knowledge of project-based learning, professional business practice, and industry engagement • Professional business project management • Project planning and execution • Problem-solving and business analysis • Design thinking • Stakeholder engagement • Team collaboration and leadership • Ethical and professional conduct • Industry project supervision • Business communication and presentation • Reflective practice and professional development • Proficient in English with excellent oral and written communication • Working laptop • High-speed stable internet connection exceeding 10 Mbps • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac • Availability from 12 pm to 6 pm every day • Masters or Bachelors degree with distinction or first-class from a top university in India is desired, not required
