📋 Description
• Independently manage a caseload of Long-Term Disability (LTD) claims from intake through resolution. • Conduct initial and ongoing interviews with claimants to gather key information for claim evaluation. • Review complex medical records and leverage tools to determine appropriate claim durations. • Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively identifying needs and opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
• 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's). • 1+ Years of long-term disability claims experience directly aligned with the specific responsibilities for this role. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
