📋 Description

• Review and analyze new stable value contracts and contract amendments • Ensure contract terms and delivered services are accurately captured • Research and respond to inquiries on new and existing contracts • Advise stakeholders on contract-related next steps • Collaborate with Product Management on the impact of new stable value fund offerings • Manage the Stable Value database across the contract lifecycle • Ensure accurate and compliant transfer of crediting rates and state regulatory requirements • Adhere to statutes, regulations, company protocols, and filing restrictions • Resolve issues by reviewing data and engaging internal and external stakeholders • Provide information, education, and training on processes, procedures, products, and services • Deliver routine assignments and projects using subject matter expertise • Assess proposed process impacts on operations and systems • Identify and communicate process improvements • Monitor emerging trends and support change management initiatives • Participate in Stable Value and Workplace Solutions projects as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in retirement plan operations and/or retirement plan or contract experience • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills • Ability to evaluate trends and apply mathematical concepts • Excellent judgment, discretion, and organizational skills • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage projects in a fast-paced environment • Effective communication, collaboration, interpersonal, and relationship management skills • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Experience handling and analyzing large datasets, using pivot tables, and developing reports for business decision-making • Ability to perform under stress in emergency, critical, or hazardous situations • Ability to work with others in a team environment • Ability to manage confidential information using sound judgment and discretion • Successful completion of regulatory and job training requirements • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed • 4-year/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; 4 years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree
