📋 Description

• Coordinate project workstreams across content producers, developers, and cross functional partners, ensuring alignment on deliverables, dependencies, and timelines • Partner with platform and developer teams on feature enhancements and site improvements • Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation across active projects • Monitor project sites for performance and data accuracy and flag issues to key stakeholders • Use approved AI tools for vibe coding to update project management portals and build features supporting project information, milestone tracking, and status reporting • Use AI development tools such as Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, or similar platforms to accelerate production workflows and reduce manual processes • Build and maintain automation workflows connecting project sites with internal content management systems for real time project tracking and reporting • Rapidly prototype and integrate AI capabilities into daily operations • Support onboarding of teams to new product requirements, tools, and site workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, entertainment development, production, or a related field • Experience coordinating complex project workstreams, including deliverables, timelines, and cross functional dependencies • Familiarity with AI tools used for vibe coding, such as Claude Code, MyClaw, Gemini, or equivalent tools • Experience using and updating cloud management systems • Familiarity with project management systems and their connection to production tooling • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams • Resourceful problem solver who can operate effectively in a fast paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working across cross functional teams • Must speak English • Must address potential US work sponsorship requirements
