📋 Description

• Proactively manage and follow up on inbound and outbound leads generated through Salesforce and other channels • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (budget, need, timing, decision-makers) and determine appropriate next steps • Maintain accurate, timely updates in Salesforce to ensure visibility and pipeline integrity • Prospect for new business and engage local market customers through outbound calls, emails, and targeted outreach • Own deals from initial contact through close • Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and position solutions accordingly • Partner closely with the Business Development team to support larger or more complex opportunities • Seamlessly hand off qualified opportunities that exceed deal size or complexity thresholds • Collaborate with marketing, sales operations, and other internal stakeholders to improve lead quality and conversion • Build and manage a healthy pipeline aligned with monthly and quarterly sales goals • Track activity levels, conversion rates, and outcomes to continuously improve performance • Meet or exceed individual sales and activity targets

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, sales development, account management, or a related commercial role • Experience working in a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce • Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close smaller deals • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers professionally and persuasively • Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
