📋 Description

• Deliver live virtual instruction on Salesforce Data 360 • Design and facilitate curriculum, training assets, hands-on exercises, and projects • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, digestible content for learners • Assess learner progress and adapt instruction to varying skill levels • Provide individualized support, coaching, and feedback to learners • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment • Stay current with Salesforce releases to continuously improve course content • Collaborate with internal teams to align training with company needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study required • Data 360 Consultant Salesforce certification required • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 • Strong understanding of data modeling and data ingestion • Strong understanding of identity resolution • Strong understanding of segmentation and activation • Strong understanding of data governance and privacy basics • Proficient with SQL, including writing complex queries without the use of AI • Experience working with other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Passion for teaching and helping others succeed • Ability to simplify complex topics without losing accuracy • Adaptability in teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs • Strong organizational and time management skills • Prior teaching, training, or coaching experience preferred but not required • Experience with adult learners, career switchers, or early-career professionals preferred • Background in instructional design or curriculum development preferred
