📋 Description
• Focus on developing in the Salesforce ecosystem and write scalable and maintainable frontend Javascript and backend Apex • Work closely with Product Managers for scoping and roadmap discussions • Mentor junior developers • Design complex solutions based on product requirements • Contribute to project documentation and knowledge bases
🎯 Requirements
• 7+ years of experience with full stack development • 3+ years experience working in a Salesforce environment using LWC, Apex, General Security Practices • Experience working with engineering AI tooling such as Github co-pilot, cursor or claude code • A drive to continue to improve your skill set and take on more challenging projects • A willingness to help educate and grow teammates • An ability to effectively communicate with peers in Engineering and Product
