📋 Description

• Shape, scope, and align complex engagements across presales and delivery • Drive architectural strategy from initial solutioning through execution • Review and correct project/program direction, approach, and key artifacts • Drive program vision and advise on project/program strategies enabling Salesforce technologies • Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice • Contribute to the consulting community’s knowledge base and expertise • Guide customers and colleagues in deploying emerging technologies for increased business value • Collaborate across client-organization levels while teaching complex concepts and providing prescriptive thinking • Identify and proactively manage risks through complete resolution • Translate current-state Salesforce complexity into target-state designs and close capability gaps • Lead discovery sessions, define business requirements, write user stories, and provide system and functional designs • Document business processes and wire-frame system designs • Recommend improved future-state processes and system designs • Develop audience-appropriate materials and present recommendations to stakeholders • Serve as a trusted advisor to the client

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of FIVE (5) years of professional experience • Bachelor's degree (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree) • U.S. citizenship is contractually required • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance • Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred • Expert in Salesforce configuration and architectural strategy • Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed system and functional designs • Experience documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. • Experience in public sector digital transformation initiatives • Application design and development background • Hands-on experience with Public Sector Solutions (“Agentforce Public Sector”) preferred/nice to have • Hands-on experience with Omni Studio preferred/nice to have • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to convey and convince customers of best practices at various levels within a large organization
