📋 Description

• Translate defined business and technical requirements into high-quality Salesforce solutions • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform • Build maintainable and scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs • Implement and support Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST APIs and middleware • Facilitate peer code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and model Salesforce development best practices • Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce solutions • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Maintain technical documentation for implementation features and contribute to solution documentation as needed • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators, Data Analytics, and delivery team members to support end-to-end solution delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (or equivalent practical experience) • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience • Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications Preferred • Strong experience with: • Apex • Lightning Web Components (LWC) • SOQL/SOSL • Salesforce APIs and integrations • Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git) • Experience with VS Code or similar IDE preferred • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and Record, Object and Field level security • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems • Excellent debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills • Strong organizational skills along with effective time management skills • Self-starter and ability to work independently • Experience working with source-driven change control (Git-based workflows) • Experience working in environments with CI/CD pipelines • Experience with change management processes and release coordination • Experience working with Sales Cloud • Familiarity with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.) • Experience leading projects or mentoring developers • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
