📋 Description

• Provides executive oversight of franchise operations across assigned countries • Drives continuous operational excellence by identifying strategic improvement opportunities • Leads the design and execution of regional growth strategies • Sets strategic direction across all functions • Provides strategic oversight of regional budget planning and fiscal management • Delivers executive-level guidance informed by franchisee financial performance and local economic conditions • Builds high performing teams through strategic coaching and talent development • Ensures timely delivery of insights and recommendations to corporate leadership • Partners with Public Relations for media representation and compliance • Provides strategic leadership across global cross‑functional teams • Ensures the delivery of strategic, market‑relevant training programs • Partners with regional and international marketing teams to lead high‑impact initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field • Ten (10) or more years of executive‑level leadership experience • Minimum of five (5) years within a franchise‑based business environment • Advanced strategic business acumen • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing and interpreting financial statements • Fluency in English • Unrestricted ability to travel extensively
