📋 Description

• Serve as the primary IT relationship owner and trusted advisor to the Epilepsy and OSA presidents and leadership teams • Develop business-aligned technology, data and AI roadmaps for Epilepsy and OSA • Lead business-facing Salesforce strategy, demand, adoption and value realization in partnership with the Salesforce COE • Coordinate relevant SAP capabilities, integrations and roadmap dependencies with the SAP COE • Translate strategic priorities into a transparent demand portfolio and facilitate prioritization • Develop investment cases defining business problems, benefits, costs, organizational impact, adoption requirements and value-realization plans • Define outcome measures, baselines, targets and review cadences; conduct post-implementation value reviews • Lead or coordinate BI reports, dashboards and decision-support products • Facilitate discovery, prototyping and delivery of simple AI use cases within enterprise governance • Act as the accountable business-facing integrator across applications, data, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, service management and delivery teams • Monitor delivery commitments, business readiness, service experience and recurring pain points; coordinate recovery plans • Embed cybersecurity, privacy, quality, regulatory, records, data and architecture requirements into solution shaping • Support planning, forecasting and financial transparency for technology portfolios • Participate in vendor evaluation and performance management • Lead, coach and develop business partnership, BI reporting and practical AI capabilities • Represent Epilepsy and OSA perspectives within the IT Leadership Team and contribute to enterprise technology strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, engineering, life sciences or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred • Typically, 12 or more years of progressive technology, digital, data, product, consulting or business transformation experience, including significant leadership responsibility • Demonstrated success partnering with senior business executives to shape strategy, prioritize investments and deliver measurable outcomes • Experience leading a complex portfolio across multiple functions in a global, matrixed organization • Working knowledge of commercial, customer, finance, supply chain and regulated-product processes; medical device, life sciences or another regulated industry strongly preferred • Experience with business intelligence, analytics, data products and practical AI or automation use cases • Strong working knowledge of and demonstrated experience with Salesforce in a commercial environment, including roadmap development, demand shaping, adoption and partnership with a Salesforce COE; Salesforce experience is a priority requirement • Experience with SAP or direct partnership with an SAP COE is desirable, but secondary to Salesforce experience • Broader knowledge of cloud, integration, cybersecurity, data and analytics capabilities, including Microsoft Azure, preferred • Knowledge of relevant quality, privacy, security and regulatory expectations, including applicable FDA, EU, SOX and data-protection requirements • Experience with financial planning, vendor management, business cases, benefits tracking and organizational change • Ability to travel (Domestic/Global) 30-40% and work in a 24/7 environment across multiple time zones
