📋 Description

• Partner with the Neuromodulation President and Senior Leadership Team to provide technology vision and direction aligned with the enterprise IT roadmap • Direct and oversee the design, development, operation and support of technology capabilities that drive business value • Advise the CIO and business leadership on IT domains and capabilities supporting business decisions • Drive prioritization of business-unit initiatives through strategic planning and governance processes • Oversee high-impact strategic programs and digital transformation initiatives • Monitor technology market trends, innovation and enterprise IT leadership developments • Develop and manage strategic vendor and partnership relationships • Oversee IT policies, procedures, methodologies, governance, performance frameworks and metrics • Develop and manage IT workforce strategy, including sourcing, training and staff development • Establish continuous improvement programs for the IT organization • Facilitate collaboration and communication between IT and user/customer communities • Direct preparation, review and consolidation of IT business plans and budgets • Direct technology risk evaluation and compliance management processes • Establish the vision for managing data as a business asset and maximizing value from data and analytics • Define technology frameworks aligned with regulatory, privacy and security requirements • Foster data-driven culture, data competencies and data literacy across the enterprise • Establish governance mechanisms for data and algorithms used in analytics and automated decision-making • Develop, manage, allocate and govern the annual budget • Improve data management and analytics architecture and advanced-insights capabilities • Oversee technology architecture, platforms and future-development roadmaps to support business needs • Build and develop talent aligned with the organization’s mission, values and pillars

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of progressive IT experience • Demonstrated experience and success in senior leadership roles in technology management • Strong executive presence and ability to interface with all members of the executive management team • Degree in related field, or equivalent work- or education-related experience • Experience successfully executing programs and building partnerships that meet objectives in a dynamic business environment • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including SOX, HIPAA, FDA and EMEA regulations • Knowledge of cloud technologies such as Azure, CRM technologies such as Salesforce, and ERP technologies such as SAP are preferred • Up-to-date knowledge of methodologies and trends in business and IT • Ability to travel domestically/globally 30–40% • Ability to work in a 24/7 environment across multiple time zones • Understanding of CRM, ERP, business intelligence, cloud computing and related technologies • Strong business orientation with broad experience in this or relevant industries • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, written and verbal communication, leadership and interpersonal skills • Superior customer orientation and understanding of partnering and alliance building • Highest personal and professional standards and integrity • Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent experience
