📋 Description
• Record monthly journal entries, including accruals and prepaid amortizations • Prepare various month-end balance sheet and income statement support schedules • Prepare monthly rebills and settle intercompany balances • Prepare calculations for participations/commission settlements • Prepare annual budgets and maintain forecast updates for respective artist management companies. • Assist with internal and external audit requests • Other duties as assigned by management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance • CPA or CPA eligibility a plus • 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate accounting • 1-2 years of previous experience • Proficient in MS Excel • Oracle BPC experience a plus • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) • Multi-task oriented • Strong analytical skills • Strong organization skills
