📋 Description

• Oversee the month-end close process, including variance analysis and monthly reporting • Contribute to and create the annual budget and monthly forecasts • Manage spend tracking, reporting, and analytics, including contract monitoring, category-level spend, and margin summaries • Support recurring operational reporting across pacing, cost tracking, royalty reconciliation, and event-level analytics • Identify reliable indicators of future performance and improve financial accuracy • Partner with business teams to incorporate priorities into budgets and realities into forecasts • Analyze risks and opportunities through sensitivity analysis across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons • Present forecasts and results to senior finance and business leaders • Develop and track KPIs • Enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities to drive efficiency • Provide financial and operational support for Roc Nation and subsidiaries’ teams • Handle special projects and ad hoc requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required • 5+ years related work experience with proven success in FP&A • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills • Advanced MS Excel skills • Proficient PowerPoint user • Experience with BI tools (e.g., OneStream, Oracle Fusion, and SAP BPC) • Comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven close cycles • Ability to explain complex financial relationships in plain English and partner across departments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across disciplines, levels, and cultures • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to work independently with little supervision
