📋 Description

• Support and assist the Development Department in its programming, promotion, and fundraising efforts. • Support Development Department in strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of fundraising efforts through planning and support of corporate and individual fundraising efforts. • Work directly with the Development Department to ensure that all objectives and goals are achieved. • Utilize ALF's CRM, Julep, to assist Department members in developing relationships and programming initiatives. • Embark on various projects to support Department members. • Create benchmarking with other similar nonprofits to help facilitate future growth. • Research best practices being implemented by other non-profits for their corporate, individual, and fundraising efforts. • Perform department administrative duties as needed.

• Excellent relationship management skills • Strong team communication skills to ensure the ability to work in a virtual environment • Strong written and oral communication skills • Strong phone skills and willingness to make cold calls • Ability to meet deadlines, stay organized and manage several projects in a fast-paced environment • Experience with using Microsoft Office programs and conducting online research
