📋 Description
• Resorts Reservations are calls from Guests or Cast Members • Make reservations for Lodging, Dining Plans, Tickets, Air, Packages • Provide high-level customer service to existing and new Guests • Matching Guests' wishes and desires with relevant products and services
🎯 Requirements
• 0-1 year of experience • A smartphone or tablet that can download an app for a security token • VOIP hardwired USB headset is required for class and for servicing (wireless headset is NOT allowed) • MUST maintain the most recent version of Windows 11 (fully patched with no pending updates)
