📋 Description

• Lead thoughtful, high‑value conversations with professionals exploring leadership development or career direction • Support individuals navigating transitions, leadership challenges or professional growth goals • Provide insight, clarity and direction through structured consultations • Apply your leadership, HR, talent development or consulting experience to support clients effectively • Use modern digital tools (including AI‑supported platforms) to enhance efficiency and streamline your workflow • Maintain professional communication, follow‑up and relationship management • Participate in ongoing professional development and training • Manage your own schedule, workflow and daily activities

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in leadership, HR, consulting, talent development, coaching, business development, professional services or similar senior fields • Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills • Experience engaging with senior professionals, business owners or decision‑makers • A growth‑oriented mindset and interest in leadership development • Confidence working independently and managing your own time • Commercial awareness and a results‑driven approach • Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication
