📋 Description

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 • Build and maintain program and project schedules with lead times, durations, milestones, and deliverables • Coordinate with Integrated Project Teams and project managers to collect and validate schedule inputs • Perform schedule analytics including critical path, float, variance, slippage trends, milestone health, and key-driver analysis • Conduct what-if scenario analysis and support recovery planning • Support re-planning and re-baselining after major schedule changes • Develop and maintain scheduling products, templates, fragnets, baselines, updates, analyses, and reports • Reconcile and validate schedule, milestone, and vendor-deliverable data; resolve data-quality issues • Develop metrics and alerts to identify slippage and emerging risks • Integrate project schedules into roll-up summaries, dashboards, and leadership reporting • Communicate schedule status, drivers, risks, and impacts to project managers and stakeholders • Create repeatable data extracts and reporting templates; improve efficiency through standardization and automation • At TSS.4 level: lead enterprise and integrated schedules, manage dashboards, guide schedulers, translate stakeholder questions into analyses, query backend data, and define KPIs

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to secure and maintain a U.S. DOE Q-level security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent combination of education and related technical experience • Strong communication skills; ability to work independently, manage competing priorities under pressure, and stay organized in a team environment • Working experience using Primavera P6 or similar software for scheduling and schedule analysis, including CPM scheduling, SRAs, and integrated program roll-up schedules • Experience working with project managers and stakeholders across multiple organizations, analyzing schedules, and communicating status, drivers, and impacts • Experience with regulatory or permitting requirements in hazardous or highly regulated industries • Experience with EVMS and integration with costing databases, or comparable industry-standard systems • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools • Advanced TSS.4 qualifications: advanced Primavera P6 experience, administration and security profiles, integrated master scheduling, cross-organizational schedule integration, and advanced CPM analysis • Advanced experience building decision-oriented analytics and reporting • Experience defining metrics/KPIs, variance and trend analysis, and early-risk alerts • Working knowledge of DOE nuclear safety basis implementation and high-hazard work planning and control processes, or equivalent regulated-industry experience • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe tools, and dashboard/reporting platforms such as APEX and Power BI • Desired: nuclear facility maintenance and/or operations experience, CMMS use, outage/T-Week/preventative maintenance schedules, ETL processes, SQL, Power Query, APIs, and advanced Excel
