📋 Description

• Work with staff who may not be completing case file documentation, their self-managed teams, and the administrative team • Monitor data to ensure staff documentation is completed timely in Procentive EHR and other data reporting systems • Communicate directly and kindly with staff regarding documentation and quality reporting concerns • Request assistance to support and guide staff through difficult performance situations • Remain flexible with the work schedule when staff need to discuss concerns outside regular hours • Support staff in producing quality work aligned with the Greater MN Family Services mission

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field, such as psychology, social work, human services/human development, sociology, child development/family services, or a related field is preferred • Must reside in Minnesota • At least 5 years in a human service-related field • Extensive background in effective communication, problem solving, and detail orientation • Must be able to problem solve issues effectively • Must understand the importance of confidentiality in the workplace
