📋 Description

• Generate residential mortgage loan production through client relationship development and exceptional service • Build and maintain a pipeline of mortgage prospects through referrals, community involvement, and networking • Conduct borrower consultations and recommend suitable mortgage solutions • Communicate with borrowers, realtors, builders, and internal partners throughout the loan process • Agree to a partnership assignment with a tenured MLO or producing sales manager • Assist with mortgage pre-qualification, pre-approvals, and qualifying • Collect and verify financial documentation • Collaborate with management, underwriters, processors, and closing staff to facilitate loan decisions and closings • Monitor loan progress and address information requests or conditions • Ensure compliance with RESPA, TILA, HMDA, Fair Lending, federal, state, and bank regulations • Maintain accurate loan records • Stay current on mortgage programs, market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes • Meet or exceed production goals • Track and report pipeline activity, conversion ratios, and lead sources • Participate 100% in mandatory sales, division, company-wide, product, compliance, and development meetings • Disclose potential dual-capacity representation and secure signed agreements from applicants • Perform other assigned duties

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of full-time employment in a licensed Realtor profession, specifically within the Orlando/Central Florida region • Must continue maintaining full-time employment in a Realtor or equivalent real estate profession • Part-time position considered exempt under the FLSA outside sales exemption • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends based on borrower availability • Ability to represent the bank professionally at networking and community events • High school diploma or equivalent required • Active NMLS registration or ability to obtain active NMLS registration, with ability to maintain SAFE Act compliance • Strong understanding of residential mortgage products, underwriting standards, and the loan process • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently, manage multiple loan files, and prioritize deadlines • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times • Professional attire required • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred • Certain states, state-funded down payment assistance programs, and investors may not accept dual representation • Must disclose potential dual-capacity representation to applicants and secure signed acknowledgements
