📋 Description

• direct the work of other system administrators to provide day-to-day system administration • organize and direct the configuration and operation of DLA's Okta • analyze and resolve end user software program and connectivity issues • conduct capacity and performance analysis and provides system configuration change and upgrade recommendations • increase system administrator efficiency and accuracy via the use of automated tools and scripts • develop system administrator procedures, and conduct system administrator training and skills assessment • provide end user training • provide recommendations on technology direction to align with business vision • provide local and remote maintenance support to various operational systems within the DLA Okta footprint • apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing applications, and ensuring fault tolerance • support general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen • five (5) years of overall professional experience supporting Okta environments with progressively higher responsibility in the IT field • demonstrable experience deploying and maintaining Okta environments for large enterprises • well-versed in configuring Okta integrations to work with enterprise technologies like Active Directory, firewalls, APIs, Zero Trust endpoints, etc. • a relevant Okta certification from a nationally recognized technical authority, such as Okta • Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission
